Check-in
Check-in is from 2.00pm and Reception closes at 6.00pm (5.00pm Sundays).
If you are arriving later than this please contact us prior to arrival so that alternative arrangements can be made.
If you are arriving earlier and your room is not ready you are more than welcome to sign-in and leave your bags at Reception.
Reception Hours
- Monday to Saturday: 8.00am – 6.00pm
- Sunday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
- Public Holiday: 10.00am – 2.00pm
- Closed Christmas Day & New Years Day
Parking
Parking for 1 vehicle per room booked is included in your rate. You will be provided with a parking permit on check-in.
Be aware that the undercover parking has a 2.1m height limit. Parking for taller vehicles is available, please contact us prior to arrival to make arrangements.
Room Access
Rooms are located on 2 levels. There are no steps to access the upper level as we have ramps throughout the building.
The rooms with disabled facilities are on the ground floor.
Guest Laundry
Open every day during Reception hours. The coin operated washing machine and dryers are located next to the Reception.
Cost per wash is $4, takes about 35 minutes, and $4 = 60 minutes of drying. Laundry powder is available for purchase from Reception.
